Rental Procedures
General Rental Procedures
- You may rent the unit that we have listed, or contact us regarding availability and rental prices at any of the places where we own. If we have a unit available that meets your needs, we will email you right away to let you know what we have and attach a rental contract.
- If you agree with the rental fee and contract conditions, you will be asked to sign the rental contract and send an initial deposit. The deposit will be 15%-20% (in most cases) or up to 50% of the rental amount if less than 75 days to check in date (45 days for Disney Vacation Club).
- Once we receive your deposit and signed contract, we will then add your name to the reservation and will send you a copy of the confirmation when we receive it. If we are unable to obtain a unit for you, perhaps because the unit was not available by the time we received your deposit, we will return your deposit to you immediately. The remaining balance is due 48 hours after we add your name to the reservation and email you the confirmation.
- Rental payment: Our preferred way to receive the rental fee is through Zelle, which is available via most online banking accounts (see https://www.zellepay.com/get-started).
- Refund policy after balance paid: If you notify us in writing no less than 120 days prior to the check in date, you will receive a 75% refund of total monies paid. If you notify us in writing less than 120 days prior to the check in date but no less than 70 days (42 days for Disney Vacation Club) prior to the check in date, you will receive a 50% refund of total monies paid. We are unable to offer refunds if notified less than 70 days (42 days for Disney Vacation Club) prior to the check in date.
